Have you ever read an old email draft you never sent, and felt so overwhelmed that you want to forget that you're in a public library, and just let the tears flow?
I guess the only solution to this is to delete those emails, and get over it. But then you can't.
:(
Not having too many close friends around can make you regret some of the most sensible decisions you've ever taken.

The land of equal opportunity?
I am soooo frustrated.
First I have to wait two and a half months to get my visa. Because my identity was stolen by someone who was caught trying to get a fraudulent visa. Then I got a four year visa, unlike my peers who got a five year one.
Then I finally get here, and a week ago (on my birthday to be precise) I went to the social security office to get a social security number. I went with my roomie, who like me is also an indian student who just got here and was applying for the first time.
She was told her card/number would take two weeks and it arrived today, and I was told mine would take 6-8 weeks.
aargh.
Why me? :(
